Carson Edwards has more than 20 years’ experience in the food service industry. Nicole brings a great deal to the enterprise as well, having worked in customer service since the age of 14. Feeding their four children healthy meals has always been important to them to the point that they started growing their own organic produce and, eventually, sharing its benefits withtheir customers.
The Dune View Inn offers four-star accommodations and a high-end restaurant that has earned an excellent reputation for its menu showcasing products grown in the couple’s garden. Their goal is to grow vegetables year-round in their greenhouse.
The Inn is a certified member of “Ecovision Bouctouche,” an innovative project with a mandate to increase respect and appreciation for the natural, cultural and community resources in the greater Bouctouche area.
