Owner: Serge Bourgeois
Les Digues Farm has been operating since 1976. Over the years since its founding, Charles Bourgeois built three irrigation ponds, two warehouses, two cold rooms and a machine shop. When Mr. Bourgeois, one of the founding members of Really Local, passed away in 2010, his son, Serge, took over the operation.
The farm has 30 acres of cultivated land with mixed vegetables. Potatoes and beans at Les Digues are very popular.
