Fruite Rolls

2 cups white flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps white sugar
3 tsps baking powder
3 tbsps butter or margarine
1 egg (beatten) in a cup and fill teh cup with milk

- mix all ingredients together and roll out dough with rolling pin.
- 4 peeled and thinly slighed apples
- spread on top of dough
- Then you carefully roll (like a jelly roll) and cut into slices
- arrange in a 9"X9" pan with 1 1/2 cup blornw surgar and 2 cups boiling water.
- cook in a 375 oven until golden brown
