History
Le Verger Goguen is a thriving family business that grows several fruits, mostly apples. The farm started with Thilmon Goguen, as he planted a few apple trees when he was young. When he retired in 1982, his children Lucille, Gilberte, Armand, Ronald, Guy and Henri decided to incorporate, which was the beginning for "Le Verger Goguen Inc.". By uniting, it made it possible for them to continue and improve the farm.
The farm consist of 33 acres with approximately 1 000 trees of varied fruits. We also grow some vegetables for autumn sales. Harvest is done in two ways during the fall:
1. "U-Pick": where people come to do their own picking of fresh apples.
2. Apple picking done by the family and its few employees for market sales.
We have a small market with the U-Pick where we sell a variety of local produce, i.e. produce harvested and prepared by family members or neighbors. These include vegetables, crafts, honey, etc. We hope for the future that the continuity of the farm will be able to go on for the next generation.

- The orchard includes a pond where people can fish their own trout. We are open for fishing during apple season and by appointments only for the rest of the year.
